This should be just the thing for weekend hunts such as prospecting and water hunting far away from the comforts of home such as electricity. Will also charge your car battery just in case.....

But, it is on their military support page! I doubt it will trickle down to our level for a while yet, Garrett will fill military/government orders first.

Interesting design, soft backpack style. I would of gone for a hard shell case and a larger solar panel/s to put out more wattage. Perhaps version two?

Still it is a good idea, take two sets of rechargeable batteries, put one on the charger in camp and the other set in the MD, swap them over each night and your cooking with gas. Make you wonder why someone has not thought of it sooner.
