Cold, windy with a wind chill of -26, and I didn't even get a penny after about an hours hunt. Then about 15 sledders showed up, so I left. Being somewhat discouraged, I went home, grabbed my camera, my mono camera stand and a bag of sunflower seeds. In a favorite spot in the river valley, I set my AT Pro in the trees and stood by with my camera, waiting, waiting, waiting and I was not disappointed. :)

Nice wildlife shot.
Birds looks colour coded to the detector.
Just one of those hunts John.

Nice photos John . looks like a seed eating type of bird . Got me a bird feeder at the house allways keep it full , the red cardinals are allways the first to feed in the morning and the last at the end of the day.

Nice pictures! better luck next time out detecting. remember, a bad day of detecting is better than a good day at work!!!

If the Chickadee left a present all he would have to do is wash it off LOL, thats why its waterproof for ocassions like that::rofl:

I don't know. That bird never seems to change position. What you do? Catch and stuff him?
