Got Ring #5 & #6 Yesterday With The ACE 400:thumbup:

I loaded up my jerky dehydrator and headed out with my ACE 400 to some areas where the recent snow had melted. I did manage a couple more rings, some coins and some welcomed exercise! Been a week since I have been out.

Below is my what was 3.25 LBS of eye of round cut looked like after 5 1/2 hours of drying time. Did I tell you it tasted GREAT!

That's a nice looking stainless ring. Just wondering about that jerky recipe, what is Prague powder ?

Prague powder is a preservative salt. It gives the meat that red color.
