I didn't have the X5 so used my old classic I had given my friend Luke. He passed away the other day and wanted to get out with him one more time on the property he and his fiance had purchased before he is laid to rest. The spot is on the shores of the lake and directly across from Valcour. cannonballs have been found there, but do to the amount of trash around the bases of trees and from talking with others I know it has been hit. It was good to get out with Luke and I did find a neat old pewter buton with two circles around the front of it and what appears to be a larger circle or bell in the center surrounded by four small circles.I didn't search any longer at the spot as I wanted t help cleaning up the house for today, but I think Luke would have enjoyed it and probbly written a good song about the hunt.
