I hit some locations close to home so that I wouldn't be using up all my gas. anyway I came home with 75 coins for a total of $5.06 and a cheap kids ring and 1 el cheapo $2.00 watch that was still running.
rarely did I find anything near $5 in coins when I went out - and that was in an active inner city - the state capitol city at that(lansing, mi). Now that I am up here I haven't gotten out but a couple times. They closed one of the 2 elementary schools up here and now all the kids got to the same elementary. But we do have several detectorists up this way so competition can get rough - just means when I can get out I have to work a little harder to get what others miss.
Congrats on getting out and those finds. Keep at it the snow hasn't fallen yet
