Hit the fields and I got a nice complete Shoe Buckle and a very large Ox knob. Had a blast, a fresh cut field temps were good and a nice little breeze to keep the bugs at bay.
All that and Colonial digs.
 
Bang up hunt for the 4th. I was just waiting to use that one!
 
Great finds! I hunted this 4th of July, but it poured most of the day. The CTX and I are waterproof so we survived.

It's nice to read about the things we Midwesterners only dream of.
We got mild dirt here for the most part, but not those kind of finds you east coasters and southerners dig!
