Was able to drag my buddy out even though his headphones have not come in yet.
I let him use a old pair of mine but, they are not very good. But, I will say any headphones is better then none.
First we got permission at a place we where told no at years-ago but, now was owned by a new owner.
First off I have to thank my friend for if he had not shown me his lil civil war button I would not have stayed at the second place where we got permission to get my Seated. .
I was ready to go to another spot I had also hunted once and re-obtained permission again after about 5 years which was the 3rd place we stopped at today.
We will be returning to all three soon I am sure.

The first house netted the 05 Injun and Silver Quarter, 43P Nickel..
My neatest find was a super deep 1877 Seated Dime prob 12" at the second spot we hit. The musket ball shot came from there also.
The seated dig was the only on site photo I could take. Once again I left my SD card in the pc again. Grrrrrrrr.
I was able to get another 1865 Injun (which is actually nicer then the other I found a few days back). It has a better Liberty and nicer dark green patina.
They are pictured side by side (the one on the left is todays). It was my very first dig out of the truck.
I also snagged two Buffalo's from the same site as the 65 Injun along with a little ring with a Boy in a hat with what appears to be a dog?.

So, in total I walked away today with a 1865, 1905 Injun, 1877 Seated dime, 42 Wash, 43P War Nickel, nine Wheaties, a ring (copper), old bus toy, and a musket ball.

Last picture is my friends finds. He got a nice 01 Injun some wheats and a nice lil CW Navy Button

Hope everyone had a nice day hunting or not.

Nice finds ... congrats !

Nice finds Mike!! (great assortment)
The ring is Buster Brown and his dog, Tieg. This is a premium for Buster Brown Shoes - probably from the 30's or 40's

+2 on that.... Gotta love the patina on those Indians!!

Awesome seated Mike!! You are on a roll!! Love those injuns too!!!

Some nice finds in the pouch for sure...Have to agree thats a Buster Brown ring with his dog and may certainly be a collectible item and would research further as what its worth...bucks wise to a collector...

Wow what a hunt. WTG:thumbup:
