Digsgti & I went out for a couple hours today & found some civil war relics. Always seem to dig something at this spot every time we hunt it. Can anyone ID the little brass piece? Thanks for looking & HH

Nice star base! I have only dug 1 out of over a hundred bullets. I can't help you with the brass piece? I will keep an eye on your post to see if anyone can help identify it.

Thanks for the reply buddy. The star's are pretty common finds in Gettysburg campaign spots. I'm wanting my first US base. I've dug thousands of minni balls & haven't found one of those yet. HH
