Got Out For A While Yesterday

Star and I finally got out yesterday for the first time this year. There's still a lot of frozen ground so we hit an area that has mostly shallow newer coins. Together we brought back $13.50 in change. One was a wheat cent, the rest were newer coins. Star made the find of the day with her sterling bracelet with a nice coral setting.

Looks like a good start. I went out for 28min and only found $0.27...thats almost a cent a minute

Looks like a fun day to me. Good start!

Star, what a beautiful silver cuff bracelet. That's got a lot of pretty detail. Congratulations, she's a beauty! Also I love seeing those dollar coins resurface. They sure make the grand total rise fast. Congrats to you both.

Sure is good to hear that more and more are getting out to detect.

Louie, I went out for a short time yesterday also and brought back 57 cents. Hey, every bit counts. Right? Good going and HH, Nancy

Last year metal detecting ended on a sour note for me and this year started off great. By the time we were done detecting it looked like two turtles making there way back to the truck. I think we are both paying for that little adventure today, but it won't stop us.
