Got out for a while today and it was HOT :hot:

Decide to get out for a little while today and hit a new area. I called James and he got a late start while I was diggin' some goodies Started out with a wheatie right off the bat and then slowed way down and started picking up some silver.

I got lucky with the silver today. I only had 6 silver so far this year and almost got that today

After James got there we had hunted about 45 minutes and I get a call from Cory that Vicki had been involved in a wreck (she got hit from behind while sitting at a red light). Luckly, everyone was OK. Her car...well, it'll be a toss up on if they'll total it. So, I left and drove about 80 miles to pick her up. Just glad she was alright

Hi Folks

Yep, Bubba was right. It was a very hot day for sure Man, I thought I was gonna pass out a few times but drank a lot of water to keep from getting de-hydrated

When Bubba left early, I decided to detect awhile longer and came across this watch a few inches deep which read a 91 and thought I found another half The two mercs were found later on in the day. One was found across the gravel road where Bubba found his haul. The other merc was found behind the permit hut
