hit a small town park, an elementary school playground and a township park.
Didn't do great but did manage about $1.65 in change, misc. junk and a Cub Scout neckerchief slide in good condition.
Also found a foundation to a building. I had dug down to find an item and never found it but after digging - well let's just say the whole soil knife digger was in the hole and there was another 3-4 inches to the top of the hole from the top of the digger handle. That's where I struck concrete! The park has a marker that says it is on the site of the old school - built in 1920's.
Got a lead on some property nearby that had a house on it from over 100 years ago. I've been invited to detect the yard. Will have to get Ken to come along. Somewhere is an old outhouse that was on the property but the owner says she is not sure she wants her yard dug up - even though old bottles intrigues her. So who knows - maybe I can entice her husband into metal detecting with Snoop and I.
Oh forgot to mention on Tuesday I found my first 925 silver ring with the new ACE 250 I got. Guess that was my first ring too with it not just silver
