got out an 1 1/2 hours yesterday before dark

2 pins, a ladies pulsar watch, 1929 wheaty, no date buffalo, 43 wash. quarter. any ideas on the second pin in the pic its the size of a dime,on the front top it says reformend inside a ribbon, under that there is a cross with a crown over the bottom part and there is the letter S on ech side of the cross. on the back it says little's system same cross with crown and the word AND on the cross on each side of the cross is the word CROSS. any ideas on what it is.
