We had minus tides in Bermuda at 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm (yesterday and today) so I took my gear to work with me both days so I could get in a little hunting after work each day.
The tides were low but the wind was pushing the waves in something fierce on the Southshore Beaches but what's a pirate to do when he's only got an hour and a half before the sun sets? Get in the water, what else can you do?
I got pounded at Horseshoe Bay yesterday so I drove up to Church Bay to see if it was any better. Church Bay is usually unhuntable due to heavy wave action but the wind was just right to let me slip in last night. I found the two silver rings and the 50 cent piece there, plus the brain coral head.
Tonight I tried my luck at Chaplin Bay but the waves were even worse. In the first 5 minutes I had my headphones ripped off my head by a big sucker but managed to hang onto my glasses. About ten minutes later a monster wave caught me by surprise while digging for a good sounding target, took me off my feet and brought me down hard on a large coral head. (tailbone first - did that ever smart)![Stars :stars: :stars:](https://www.findmall.com/styles/smileys/stars.gif)
Enough is enough, so I walked a hundred yards down the beach to Jobson's Cove which is completely sheltered and picked up a pile of clad and the gold ear ring. (also found the sweet coral flower that the ear ring is sitting in)![Thumb Up  ](https://www.findmall.com/styles/smileys/thumbup.gif)
Here's the Loot

Sorry about not having photos of the hunt but I left the camera at home.
