Hi All, Beach season is over here so no more fresh drops. The surf has been rough the last few days and I have been digging up alot of old clad, aladies Seiko watch and yesterday this 10K,5.4 gram band. I was tumbling some clad last night and found this nickle mixed in. Good Luck! Walter

Way to go, Do you usually do well during the winter when the surf tumbles the sand? By the way, that Seiko goes for about $125 new.
Good job!

Hi Newtohunting, Sometimes the winter can be better than the summer. The beaches here have a lot of sand on them right now. If the wave action removes 2 feet you have a new playing field or the waves spit coins up by the high tide line or the slope. If you find a lot of pennies and dimes you normally will not come up with much due to there weight but if you find a lot of quarters, nickles, sinkers, keys that is where you want to concentrate for possible gold or silver. Good Luck!! Walter
