Got my Sunspot scoop yesterday.

I ordered the Stealth 8" classic last Thursday and it arrived Tuesday and I put it together after church last night. I'm heading to the river and hope I can find enough jewelry to pay for it. I got a lot of hits in the water a few weeks ago, but could not recover due to waves from the wind and boats going back and forth. I have to wait until about 1 pm to go but intend to hit this area this afternoon real strong and hopefully Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoon, after church. When I asked Chuck if he wanted my credit card number, he said just send me a check when you get the unit and I mailed it out as soon as I could. The discount for members of this forum saved me some money too. Great service and a solid built and well designed scoop. It's my first scoop and I hope it will be my only scoop.
I'm having internet hooked up at my home next Friday and hopefully, I can figure out how to post some photos from my pc. I never could figure out the photobucket deal. Just ignorant, I guess. I have the image resizer installed on my home pc and know how to use it and with the high speed internet, it won't take forever to send photos. The power commission starts letting the water back in the river December-15th and I have to go as much as I can between now and then. I haven't been able to go since Saturday for one reason or the other, but every chance I get, that's where I will be.

I ordered it from a guy named chuck and he gave me great service and a 5% discount for being a member of this forum. I believe it's Sunspot tooling or something, I have the paper work at the house, and I will send you an email as soon as I can. There's a post on the beach forum about one of his scoops that may have his name. I love this scoop and it functions well even in the hands of a person who is new to water hunting. I even used it on the dry beach area, but it hurt my neck and back trying to shake the sand out of it on land. In the water, it's no strain at all. Type in sunspot 720 or classic 8 water scoop in a search and you will find him. I love this thing and the way it works.

Now theres a powerful post! In this day and age, Chuck says, "just pay me when you get it"? Man! Good Luck, you are on a powerful roll!

Thanks Mudpuppy. I found my 2nd mercury dime today, a 1944 + another 10K gold ring for a total of 4. It's missing the set like one of the others. Found a wheat penny + 16 lincolns, 2 roosevelt dimes and a clad quarter. 2 ear rings, a regular cross and a german cross. I'll post some photos tomorrow.
