My old XLT has been doing a lot of strange things this year so I replaced that. Going to send the old one into White's to be reconditioned. Conchita is still very interested in getting started so she'll have that when it comes back. Don't know if the shaft will shorten up enough to be comfortable for her 4'7" but we'll see.
Anyone know what the procedure is for sending a machine directly to the factory?

Also got a Beachhunter ID. Been wanting a water machine for a long time. Explorer XS next year.
