General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Got my new Killer B Camo ctx headphones!!!

I called Larry at NWI Detectors asking him if he could get a set of the camo dual volume headphones made to work with the ctx correctly and shut off the internal speaker when connected to the unit. I really liked the look of the camos but wanted to have a set that would work without an adapter if my wireless unit were to die on a hunt. After a call to killer b he said we were all set and that he was going to order in a small supply of them. Well, today I got the package and I have to say that these things are sweet!!! The switch has 3 positions. Up is mode 1, middle is mode 2(which works perfect with my eurotek), down is ctx mode. They are also very comfortable! I cant imagine using any other pair of headphones now. I just want to say thanks to Larry and Killer B for going the extra mile!!!

No problem...I forgot to add that he was also going to get in some of the black cup models. I believe they were the wasps made for the ctx. I also received a pm asking about the warranty. They have the full factory warranty since they are built directly by Killer B.
 
Nice looking headphones! How is volume and is it adjustable volume? Thanks for posting the info!

thanks. they have dual volume controls and volume adjustment goes in incremental notches. they can be too loud(for me) if you want..
 
Very cool! Thanks for the quick reply STP! Enjoy those new headphones, I may look into a pair myself! My 1st set of the stock Koss headphones went bad on me, Minelab was great and shipped a new pair right away! But I would like to have a really nice set of headphones with adjustable volume and keep my Moss unit for back up. I bated not having headphones and settled for a $30 dollar set to tide me over while waiting for my replacement set but wouldn't want to use them all the time. HH!
