Got my MXT today

I just got my MXT back from the factory, I bought it used and had to have the switch replaced, they charge me nothing to fix it.
I got it from UPS, took it in the house and put it together , then went to my parking area...all dirt...the kid nextdoor has been all over it with his detector...first few swings and a good solid sound, pinpointed and it said it was a penny 2 inches, dug it...yup a penny sure as it said.
I am gonna have a ball, look out all the parks and old building now....here I come

congrats!..to be honest, very unusual that a sweet home detector breaks
if it is not abused!..i have used whitey for a long time, and NEVER had to send one back for repair!..maybe i got lucky, but it IS the truth!

(h.h!)
j.t.!

The gentleman I bought this machine from is handicapped and fell while using it, that caused the break, I think he squeezed the trigger a bit too much. I knew it was broke when I bought it but never thought I would get such great service from White's ,....but I did get GREAT service and fast too.

How are you going to break the news to your next door neighbor about all the stuff he missed with his detector? (what detector was he using?).
