Got my MXSport today

It was the first one. Didn't separate coins 2" apart and sat goes to 6.

Still wasn't that bad. I liked all metal with iron grunt and relic mode in 2 tone. I haven't really tried anything else. It hit my 10" dime with iron by it. Sensitivity at 8 ran good.

I'm sending it out for update and have the 6x10 coil on the way.

Overall I liked it in the short test.

Hard to say if yours is the first version, I've heard of a low batch of second or third firmware that was 6 on SAT. Yet, it has a fast recovery in all the modes. Yours may be the first version if recovery is slow, Prospecting and All Metal should be fine. Try VCO OFF with prospecting mode this is pretty close to Relic mode with a SAT at 8 model.

Bummer, but positive you are so was I when I had to jump through loops to get the latest version.

White's will return it quicker on this round, knowing they sent the wrong one. Call and let Tyler know they sent you the wrong Firmware, White's will make it right.

Does anyone know what the serial numbers start with on units from the latest production run that have all the upgrades?

Ok I tested it some more and it looks like Daniel's. It does separate 2" coins with the coil close to the coins and the tones are sharp so I'm going to keep it and use it for awhile. It doesn't have sat to 8. Maybe I'll send it in this winter.
