Got my first check from MidWest Refineries today...:jump:

Well I'm pretty happy.

The gold prices went down about the time I sent my gold in.

I was afrade the amount would be less than I figgered.

The check was $1,294.

Seems to me that I estimated $1,300.

So I can't gripe.

Bartender,,,,DRINKS ARE ON THE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Geez TD is $1,294 close to a million? That is great. None of my hot business ventures ever paid me that much. But I did spend more than that getting them going.
Did you just send in gold? Did you send in the stones with the rings?
Did you send in silver rings and coins?

Hay Jer,

That was just gold.

I took all stones out and just sent gold I had tested.

That was the first time for me.

I have not sent any silver.

I have no way to know what is silver for sure.

But I can send it in and they will take out the silver and
pay for the amount they refine.

They do not buy stones.

It takes quite a bit of silver to get a decent pay day.

I have lots more silver than I had gold.

But a lot of it is nice jewelry. It is nice to have or give to
some one I care about.

So, I'm holding on right now.

I'm in no big hurry.

These are details.

The hunt is where it's at.

It just goes in my son's savings account anyway.

The money I spent on metal detecting should have gone into
his account, so that's where the spoils are going.

It's payback time for me.
