Congrats Mark, I look forward to see what you pull out of the ground with it. I got mine yesterday, but have been fighting the "Virus" for the past week. Hope to hit the beach in the next few days.

I just hit the park by my house but not with the Deus it was charging got a Buffalo and a 1946 Rosie buddy was using his pulse machine getting silver on the beach It came with the 11” I think that’s a marketing idea send more with the 11” when people want the 9” lol.

Good for you Mark.Assuming you have the 11” coil version? Looking forward to your comments after you run it a while. I had an unimpressive first use only because the ground was still frozen most places. All I dug was a few shot gun shells. Had to give up on good signals.

It will be fun I had a Deus for a few years found some nice stuff with it but I definitely gravitate towards the nox it’s simple and it finds but it’s my only detector so the Deus 2 fills the spot if something happens I have another detector,
I really don’t need 5 machines it’s just to much for me.Mine came with the 11” I wanted the 9”
But I got a great deal so the 9” will have to wait I seriously believe that’s a marketing scheme most want the 9” but send the 11” out so people will buy the 9”!
Good luck out there and I will be out somewhere this weekend using it …
Today it’s snowing I’m at work so I’ll have to wait …

Hi,
My Deus 2 came Weds and so did temperatures in the Teen's.
This morning we woke up to 2" of snow.
So Pretty much all I can do is study the manual and sort out how I want to use it.
I am inland based and no hope of going to the salt water beach anytime soon. So that eliminates concentration on programs - 10, 11 and 12.
I am thinking that Program 4 and 5 would do me the most good.
Program 4 - Sensitive Fast - Similar to Program 2 but with the addition of Pitch and Square tones. Videos on the internet say this is the one to learn for Audio Nuances
Program 5 - Park - Notch is active from 23 to 36 to reject Aluminum Foil and Bottle Cap Reject set to 5
Has anyone tried Program 4 ? I don't recall seeing any videos' on Program 4.

Same here snow today I was out yesterday before the storm got one silver and a buffalo not with the Deus it was charging

Thanks for the reply. When I turned Mine on the Battery symbol on the remote looked like it and the coil was fully charged so I did not mess with it.
