woohoooooooo It finaly came in the mail today, Man was i happy, Stupid post office whanted to hang onto it for another day hehe but im too smart for them <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="

Whent down to the beach to try out my new toy and man was i disapointed. Not because of the MD but because of the tide hehe. Got chased about 25 yards by a nice swell hehe. (was on wet sand and it came in) So i hunted a little arround the main path found a couple clad pennys and a wing from a toy airplane.
Was having a lot of problems with falsing and trying to get a good lock on targets. (i figure next time ill lower the sense and thresh) I had them pretty hi , well it was on default (or whatever the person i bought it from had it on) Got it used.
So after a unproductive 1/2 hour i decided to go to a park nearby and check it out. WOW less then 5 feat from where i grounded the C$ out poped a sacajawea dollar!!! haha A GOLD COIN!!! well its gold plated <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="">
Only 2 feet away from that were a couple dimes, At this time it was getting dark and i had to call it quitts.
Did have 3 interesting things happen tho. Maybe someone can help with a answere.
On 3 diferent holes i had a decent +30-32 signal After cutting a plug and scanning the hole the signal was slightly better in the hole so i figure (got to go deeper) so after digging down to over 1 foot the signal is still strong in the hole.. WTF? i dug some damn deep holes. At least 13-14 inch. Could the target have been deeper?
I havent had much problem pinpointing , One thing to note is on these (targets) the pinpoint numbers were realy low.. Like in the 10-25 range. Where the other coins i found were i pinpointed them and they were like 2-3 inch were like high 80-90s.........
So were these reallllllllly deep targets? or was i missing them? Like off to the side of the hole.
