got my ace 350 today

its a great day , i preordered my ace 350 a month ago from kellyco and today at 11:20 am the nice ups man handed it over. put it together with the cord straight up the first 12" then coiled up. i am new to md so i only have to compare it to a bounty but its great . so to the front yard i go , im still learning how to use it and have not dug at all but im getting good signals.

A few of us have them (350) in-hand....but I'm waiting for a field report. I haven't been able to get out yet, but plan to get back to researching a few sites to hopefully get permission to hunt.

I tried running the cord straight up my shaft on my 2500 and it just pitched a fit. I wonder why it works for some detectors and not on mine. I ran it up 12 inches and then wrapped it around the shaft like someone posted and it chattered like crazy and I went back to just wrapping it around the cord.
