Have not got out much this week as my son is still here from Fort Carson plus it has been in the triple digits all week. I did take the DeLeon to a lake beach on Tuesday and hunted the dry sand and the shallows along the shore and the Deleon worked great came home with almost 6.00 in clad. Today in the morning I did really well on clad using the stock coil I hunted a parking lot area where they pile the snow in the grass during the winter i hunted here for about 45 minutes then moved to a park for another 45 minutes dug lots of targets but all newer stuff here's the goods from morning hunt
29 pennies
4 nickels
8 dimes
2 quarters

After work I decided I would try the old church site that gave up a couple of silver coins last week. I was only able to hunt about an hour or so but it was a good hunt and the DeLeon did not let me down best of the hunt 3 wheat pennies 1948,1950,1956, 5 pennies 1959-1963 and a 1948 Roosevelt dime at about 7" deep! hers's the rest of the goods
2 pennies
1 quarter
1 junk ring
Yes I'm Still stuck at 15 rings for the year but not for lack of trying! LOL

Your still tempting me !!!!!

Nice results Phinbolt, the Deleon is a great machine. light to swing, good tid, and surprising depth. Got to love it!

Way to go! There's just something special about finding a silver coin. They pop out the ground all nice and shiny.
