Got Gold And Silver Today

Went to a small lake today, not too far from home and hunted the water with my water machine and managed to find a big honker of a gold ring. It weighed at a nice 8.1 grams. What it cost could probably buy a new 1350. Also got the usual clad and lots of old rotten tin cans, which I disposed of in the garbage.

After I got water logged, I took off my chest waiters and grabbed the GTI 1500. There was a little old road going down to the lake, and I worked it hard! I found some silver coins and a cool brass fighting "Knight". Below is a pic of the ring:

Great finds John, That ring is a beauty.Nice to see the George 6 silver is still there to be found, try and dig up some Vickies.
