Hi: Gulf Hunter et all, I'm new to this forum and need some advice. I bought an excal a number of years ago but still consider myself a novice...am not able to hunt on a regular basis, but hope to in the future. I notice that a lot of people like the grey ghost upgrade. I called minelab and spoke to Bill to inquire about the cost of switching over my blue stock headphones for a set of the grey ghosts. He said that the company has changed its policy (about two months ago ) and will not replace the headphones with anything other than minelabs ones. Is it worth replacing the blue ones with the yellow Koss? From what I have been reading, you guys really like the grey ghosts. Any suggestions? Best find. Right out my back door...1818 large cent. I live in S.E. Mass. antique cape 1740s. Decided to play in my yard (why not!) and there it was, about two feet off the driveway about 4" deep. About a week later got an 1824 cent...the yard is calling to me...Thanks. Denise

I forgot to tell everyone I got the five rings and $8.00 with a Soveriegn GT with a 15'' coiltec. And thanks Gulf hunter. Gene
