Earlier in the week, I hit some schools for clad and some older neighborhoods. I manages some loot and a couple of silver coins.

Today, I switched gears, and spent the afternoon high banking with my new unit. The river is receding, so more gravel bars are being exposed, where all the gold hide. Not a bad hull!

Nice gold! I'm curious....your new unit???
Is some sort of small ,compact sluice ?? Is that right?
Also....that's gotta be great being able to do
Where you are actually finding gold....HH

Below is my new unit. I have been working on it for a couple of months. Because the river running through Edmonton has flour gold, I figured, it would compliment my metal detecting. All I have to do is set it up, run water through it with a gasoline water pump, shovel in the gravel, and the riffles and mats catch the gold. I have all winter to clean up my concentrates and separate the gold. And, Garrett has a nice line of pans and related equipment to compliment the prospecting hobby. https://www.garrett.com/hobbysite/hbby_gold_pans_en.aspx
