Mary wanted another dog... I didn't...... hell no :( ... no way...........
I just buried our last dog a short time ago.... and I really hated that...
But as you guys know, the wives always get their way :punch: or our life will suck...... so........:surrender:

Saving a shelter dog seemed like a good idea so Mary started looking at dogs in shelters on the internet.
I'll tell ya ...it's probably easier to adopt a kid than get a dog from a shelter....
The shelters close to us only had big dogs and she wanted a smaller dog
So Anyway.........
Like a dumb ass I told her I would drive her "where-ever" as long as it wasn't more than 1 tank of gas away.
So she picks a dog that was exactly 1 tank of gas away... in Oklahoma for pete's sake... 3 1/2 hrs each way...
So like a good husband I took a road trip yesterday.

This dog is a heinz 57 ... knowbody really knows what it is..
and who knows what it'll look like when it grows up.... but it's cute right now.
Anyway here's the shelter's pic of the rodent....
have a great day all !!!

My wife has gotten 2 wiener dogs in the last year from a breeder in Montana, just so the older Weiner dog doesn't feel "lonely". Thats not to mention the 2 blue fronted amazons, and the blue and gold Macaw we have....its like a small petting zoo in our house. The next thing she will probley want to do it start breeding the 2 younger Weiner dogs...if that happens...someone needs to rent me a room...

Those white paws look like he may have some sheltie in him......he will be your best buddy now.
