Headed to a local hobby store last week that carries only Garrett products. They had some coils left over from several years back. The one I bought had never been used, and even came with a coil cover. I have the Sniper coil, the 8" coil, the 12.5" coil, and now the 5" x 10"coil. I have an extra set of batteries charging. The GTI 2500 is the original model with "Treasure Talk".....a Garrett exclusive, where the machine has a female voice telling you the probable target and depth. Of course, you can turn her off if you get tired of her and just listen to the tones and watch the screen. The new coil cost me $50.00.

John with today's technological advances I would love to see the 2500 platform on an F75 body. Not sure how I would feel about a woman talking to me while I'm detecting though , lol.
