What MD are you using these days?..never found a palladium ring...not as good as gold or plat?...silver?got to be better than titanium!...Is the RIP shell common to find...is it just a decorated beach shell?...Good detective work on the ring...I'm sure the owner will be pleased...GL

I never found a ring made with it but still looks like a good metal to find! Sweet

Not sure what type of metal you have there, but i do know that 'artcarved' is a higher end jewelry company.

Palladium = $600 an ounce at todays prices. Much better than titanium lol. It is an alternative to Platinum for making white gold jewelry.
I have found one using my Excal II. Nice find.

i'm guessing the shell piece had another side to it and i think it may of held some ashes of the deceased when it was tossed
I was using an excal for this hunt

Hi Plymouthian 12 950 is Platinum make sure you get the ring check out Platinum has 3 different marking 1 Plat 2 PT and 900 or 950 JimCVA
