Got a little silver

I'm only getting to hunt about once a week right now, so I have to make the best of my time. I hit another part of this particular beach that I always go to. This beach doesn't get a lot of traffic right now, but it's massive, and I KNOW there is good stuff out there still. I just have to find it! I found 9 clad quarters, 5 nickels, a junk earring, and 2 925 rings with one of them being a James Avery! Oh, and a whole lot of trash. I haven't had time to clean the rings yet. Dude! Those are some nice rings! The JA is an upscale ring with a collectors value, not a typical off the shelf junker, which could mean some gold wearing people also swam here...those coins have been in there a while, I think theres some gold in there, and also that spot has never seen a coil, nobody would have missed those rings had they got a coil over either...glad it was you and thanks for the great post!

Oh yeah Mud, I KNOW there's some good stuff here. And this place is so big, with the parking area, old bathrooms, boat ramp, etc. There was old lodge there somewhere too. People have been partying here since the mid 40's. And thanks for the kind words.

You ought to try to get ahold of another poster here named 'Ayeti'. He lives in N Texas and both he and his Dad have Pros...come to think of it, I havnt heard from him in a few months...I do agree with you though, it would sure be a lot of fun just to watch Jim work his rig.

Maybe someday I'll swing on down and pick Jim up in Memphis along the way and we will hit the Lone Star State with ya?...adventure awaits if a fellow just gets out of the house and drives!
