Got a late start and hunted a spot I've been over bunches of times but still managed some finds

Todays finds include some unknown iron relics, a fired .69 cal round ball, a dropped .69 cal. round ball, assorted lead, a plain flat button and a small rosette. If any one can identify the ladle looking iron relic I'd appreciate a reply. Thanks for viewing.

but its cool, and obviously had a use.
Today was a good day for us seeing one old fav. field was ready, but even better we walked in the next one and found a late 1700/early 1800s site. We dug it steady for a few hours but the Reale and 1795LG were the only real decent finds. Keep at, because you can <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
I'd probably take a guaranteed two weeks because things can be shut down real fast here.
