GOT A GMT

azdigger

New member
HI all, I got a used GMT Saterday evening, I was on a prospecers outing and used it on Sunday morning for a coin hunt...wow it worked great and I found some small lead fragments too...took me a few trys to locate them but I did.
This is my first GMT but I am impressed and I hope to use it for GOLD soon.

I am taking my GMT out to a known gold placer area and I will report if I find anything.
This is the first place I ever saw a nugget found with a detector and it was a GMT so I feel I got a good chance of finding one.

I traded a .44 mag ruger super blackhawk for it........
it screams over a coin.
I took it out to a known gold area but no gold yeterday, but I did find several small slivers of fragmented lead bullets, if I had swung over gold it would have sounded off.
I am taking it out again tomorrow to Gold Basin in AZ to try my luck and gold nugget hunting.
HH all
