wow , nice find..i've found several .69 cal 3 ringers in my days but never a .69 cal gardner ...WTG
 
Congrats Jigflipper!!! Is it fired or dropped? Don't see any rifling although I do see couple smooth spots maybe from a smoothbore but then again could be ground action. Nice bullet!
 
wow, jigflipper, a great find it is! it's good to see the .69's, we don't find that many around here, i guess the 'ol boys didn't use the .69 cal. muskets around here much. hh!
