GOT A 4X6 COIL TODAY

I got a 4x6 coil today, I am so amazed at how sensitive it is compared to the stock 9.5 coil.
Can't wait to get in the field.

I've found the 4X6 to be superb in heavy trash with surprising depth for its size. All this at the expense of ground coverage of course. Plan to swing a bit more slowly as it is very easy to overswing the target forcing you to find it again. I like to use mine when trying to cover small chunks of trashy areas well, rather than large areas a bit quicker. Turn down the sensitivity a bit and it will let you get closer to tot lot equipment and metal fences as well. Have fun.

I noticed that with the stock coil I could swing over a meteorite and it would just make a slight sound, but with the 4x6 coil it seem to screem......gonna get into the strewn fields and see what I find, also gonna hunt the parks.

When hunting I use the 6x10 first then go over the trashy areas with the 4x6, you will be amazed with what you can find with it. I have used it at an old garbage pit with trigger forward & found several coins in all of that iron.
