doing much typing right now. Caught a glove on edge of drill bit. 3 hematoma or something like that. Don't work to go right now but they will. This one hand stuff takes to long to type....

running one of those things. It was a drill then, not a nailer? Those suckers can wrap you right up before you know what is happening. Lucky you did not tear the fingers off!!

Gotta hurt. Just type with your nose buddy :D

kept them on, light leather and it just snagged it and in a split second, I was laing on my side with my hand on the other side wrapped up. They look nasty all purple and puffed up but they seem to be going down, just don't bend. Don't have time to deal with it so just working around it. Hope to finish all this today as its 18 here right now...and I want it all burried. on the ends, the middle is. Looks liek the to big piles of dirt on the ends are frozen solid so might have to go get to truck loads of sand to put in there for the winter....Easy to dig out if I have to around the to barn hydrants... Stuff happens. Didn't figure on a hard freeze yet...
Windy as heck also....Windchill in the teens... Oh joy...like being back on the job. Ah, no problem we can handle it. Type at ya later, got and extra finger working now....

Please be careful working in that cold weather, being all bundled up for keeping warm will lend it's self to getting hurt because of the restriction to movement. Please work safe! Kelley (Texas) :)

ONe is the older hammer type you hit with the carriage in it and the other is the newer one that looks like a over size gun. Used to older one to nail down grating on the job, new one has all the end fitings for most anything. Drill gun is Hilti also. Good product....Powerful drill for sure. Have the bits up to 18 inchs, and thats what got me in trouble....To much drill exposed to catch me on and a cramped area drilling thru the basement wall. Inch and a half dia. But its done.

Waiting for the backhoe heater to finish its job so I can fire that up and close it in...Winter sure makes all these odds and end chores a lot harder... Then again, it makes you feel alive. Do what it takes.... Jane and Heidi are still riding hard on our land but not off it right now until deer season is over....

pretty hard. I am thinking about going for a hike but it will have to be out of the wind.

Take a picture of your twisted up fingers buddy  I need a screen saver  I you sure there are no fractures? Might better get them checked
