I have been along time Tesoro user as many of you know. Recently tried a few other non Tesoro brands, they were ok but not Tesoro's. I ended up wining a bid on eBay today for a Troy Shadow X2 with 3 coils. The 7" Shadow coil, 8"x9" Tesoro coil, 10"x12" Tesoro coil, it has had a manual adjustable ground balance dial added. From my understanding Tesoro makes the X2 and it is very similiar to the Silver Sabre. I got everything for $225.00 Can't wait to get it. Steve.

Hi Steve

I'ts good to see back! From what I have read about the Troy X2, it is very similar to the Silver Sabre uMax, but with a coin check button. I just bought a Troy Super Seven X2 coil to use on my Tesoros, Man! what a coil! You are going to love that setup on your Shadow X2. Have fun with it,and find some goodies. Have a good'n..........Hombre

Hi Hombre how ya been buddy. I just took a look at the pictures of the X2 I am getting and the 7" coil says Shadow Super 7 Inch on it must be the same coil you have. Take it you like it, I enjoy tot lot school ground type hunting and have been missing the jewelry finds lately by not using a Tesoro, oh am I ever happy to be back home. Steve.

Hi Steve,I've been doing great.......

Yup! The Super Seven is thin little coil, and really, it acts like a bigger coil........ Deep for it's size. It is living up to all the great things I had read about it in earlier posts by Monte and JB(MS). They are somewhat hard to find because that are in great demand to those in the know. I know you will like it, and with added coils you got in the package you should have all bases covered.Take care....Hombre
