Crazy around here as usual.
Bad news: Terri will not pull the verbal warning even though I showed her a drawing done by the previous supervisor and a current co-worker had changed a drawing for the same tolerance that I had changed. She said paul there were too many drawings changed and we can't have that. Does anyone see the logic inthat statement because I sure don't.
Good news: Things have been pretty tight around here and the wife and I prayed for the Lord to provide some financial relief (not telling the Lord how to do it, just left it up to him). Friday the company was having a lunch caterered in and if you wanted to participate you needed to sign up. We have 2 dogs and one is older and I do "Doggy Duty Patrol" on my lunch. I don't want to take the chance of an accident to clean up. I came back and went to work. After a while the co-owner son came by and told me to go where they were having the dinner. I told him I hadn't signed up. He said just go. The mother co-owner was passing out envelopes and eventually called my name. I told her "Thank you very much", went back to the office where I work and opened it. It opened my eyes. I have never received a bonus check of this size. Later one of the co-workers said it was for whatever you would make in a month. This came from the people that fired a lady because she didn't say good morning to the father-owner one morning. The Lord used the Babylonians to deal with the Isrealites and this family to meet Mary and I's needs and threw extra into the mix. I still think that Terri will be looking at me for some excuse to do more damage. May God bless you all!
