Didja pull a muscle Joe? Several of us old guys pull that little lower back muscle about once a year, usually from lifting something not really heavy, just off centered, hear that little "pop" and figure damn! usually try to stay up and going until it locks up and has me down for 3 days. Flexeril seems to help.
