Good morning!! The Nor'wester of '06 hit with a vengence....

...and dumped close to an inch of snow on Knoxville with absolutely no snowdrifting and 100% visibility! All around us they got real snow...from 2-4 inches in surrounding counties, 8 inches in Cades Cove and 10 inches in Gatlinburg and the higher elevations of the mountains! But, here in K-town the roads are dry, the snow mostly melted, leaving a lonely snowman standing watch in the front yard. But, they called off school!! Yes Mike, you were right!! I think today the kids and I will celebrate by making a mudman in the front yard to accompany their snowman. :clapping:

Here are a couple of pics of yesterdays fun!

I live where we should be covered by it, but we only got enough to make things white. There was an 89 car pile up about 100 miles from here though!

your job and money problems you see the brighter side of life! So glad the kids got to play in what whitestuff you did get and nice pic of the white, fat gentleman with hat & scarf! :) A little mud helped color him darker but that's okay, as I'm sure Brian and Sarah enjoyed building him!

Nice to be off from school for a cold, white stuff day and may you all have fun and have a merry time in it!

Still praying for Brian, for you a good-paying job (God is still working in it for you...so don't give up and have faith He is working it all out for your good and for His purpose) with better health and finances for your family! Jesus Loves You!!!

God Bless!
Betty
