Great Find! I have read that the height of manufacture of such coins seems to have been the 1930's .

I found a nice silver Ring several years ago with a reverse swastika on it. It was about 6 inches deep and found in a area with coins dating about 1920 to 1930. I was told that it was a Indian symbol at the time. Bill in Texas 
It's a promotional token that were popular from the early 1900s. If you search Boy Scout tokens on ur computer you will see one that has the exact swastika on one side and a mounted Boy Scout on the other. I found one of the boy scout type. I have never seen one of the type you found!
