Found this in one of our local parks and I'm trying to figure out about the year this token would have been made -- I believe it is from a New York clothing store ? any help would be appreciated Thanks Dave

:detecting: I found a nice silver Ring several years ago with a reverse swastika on it. It was about 6 inches deep and found in a area with coins dating about 1920 to 1930. I was told that it was a Indian symbol at the time. Bill in Texas :tesoro:

It's a promotional token that were popular from the early 1900s. If you search Boy Scout tokens on ur computer you will see one that has the exact swastika on one side and a mounted Boy Scout on the other. They were given out by a shoe manufacturer http://cgi.ebay.com/AUTHENTIC-July-1910-excelsior-shoe-BOY-SCOUT-TOKEN-with_W0QQitemZ220280186112QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20080912?IMSfp=TL080912113009r30604 .copy and paste this link in and you will see one on e-bay. I found one of the boy scout type. I have never seen one of the type you found!
