GOOD LUCK CHARMS ''can't ID''

All the good luck charms I have found over the years have had pennys in them or they ment something....
This one makes no sense....
The markings are "LESLEY CRBWFORD.P.A.P.OJ.AB.W."
With GOOD LUCK and a horseshoe in the middle
THE BACK ONLY HAS AN EAGLE

When I was a kid.. They used to have this machine at the State Fair that made these type tokens.. You were able to punch the keys and put whatever you wanted on it..

I would have never guessed that this good luck charm would have been made that way. Makes a lot of sense though ....maby that is why none of what is on the charm makes no sense......
Thanks and HH

:spin: There were some vending machines back in the 60's / 70's. It cost 25 cents and you had a letter wheel, and punched out you own lettering on the blank.
