Good day of Relic hunting!

Been trying to locate another cw campsite along the Military road. Hit an area that looked promising where an old farmhouse use to be right next to the road. Cranked on the DFX and my first hit was a nice cw toe plate, I thought hmmm... this place is going to be interesting. About 10 minutes later, get a VDI number at 93 and the target is very deep. I dig down to about 10" and it was "HEART ATTACK" time!!! Not knowing what I had, I immediately stuck it in my pocket carefully trying not to scratch it...Ended up being some kind of Token with a date of 1843 on it!

Received another high VDI number 79 and popped a dirt clod out and noticed a silver edged coin protruding through the dirt clod! Oh yeah! Got me a silver!!!

The ole plow got this barber dime pretty good but it's still a silver!

I slowed down and listened to the faint signals and found me a nice cw bullet. I'm not sure what kind but I think it's a .44 Colt!

Here's all my finds for the day...I can't wait to get back out there and find me a buckle!

Here is a close up of .50 Gallager with partial cartrige still intact...I don't find too many bullets with cartriges still intact expecially from a plowed field!

You all take care and have a safe weekend!!! :)
