Good ,Bad, Better....

Ok, I made it out for the third straight day. Knee is still hurting but I will survive. I walk to the park an back home but I have no need to rush these days.
I switched to the Golden umax with the clean sweep coil. This combo does give me an advantage at picking the big coins and faster recovery. So I started off well and was finding quarters quickly.That was the good. Unfortunately the battery was not a new battery and I was getting kind of low on the battery test. I went to change it and the rechargeable in my pocket was dead. That was the bad. I was kind of trying to cover an area where a lady said she has thought she had lost her keys and car beeper. But no luck. I continued to hunt as long as I could with the weak battery and did recover quite a few targets altogether.
1 = (dollar coin)
36=(quarters)
17=(dime)
1 =(nickel)
35=(pennies)
1 .925 silver spiral ring
When I got home I found out I had left the recharged battery at home and the dead battery was the one that I misplaced yesterday.
Now this is not blame against the GB. But the clean sweep does target very fast. But the gb does hit better on the dimes. Just wish the had a coil in the 15X5 " range.
The ability to pinpoint right at the tip of the coil make for quick targeting and fast pinpointing.
