There are 137 steps from the street up to the
park where the citys swimming pool used to be..
I hit the park a lot since only 1 other person
:detecting: there and i know him...

Im thinking about the woods on both sides of the steps
GTI with std coil and the Sniper for next to the steps to
maybe 3 feet out ....

Dang this could TAKE a while to tect.....But then again it
think it may be worth the effort...

am i on the semi right trail here???

As usual tips are ALWAYS accepted with a smile

Have fun and Happy Huntin

Coins require the passage of people to be lost.Where people have gone before, there you stand a chance of finding coinage.
you are thinking along the right lines.

I am surely not the best at detecting but will put in my 2 cents worth. If I were to seriously hit that place I would use the sniper to cover it all to get the shallow stuff and THEN hit it with the standard coil for deeper stuff. sniper would eliminate the possible masking that may be there. Anyway, best of luck on your hunt.
