Golf tee,s and hunting..Marking a spot.

Sometimes when iam out hunting i will carry a couple of the long different color golf tees.So in the beginning season i will go and if i find a very deep signal or a very odd signal and have time ,i will pinpoint it .Then push a bright color orange or white golf tee in the pinpoint spot..Then i can walk around the area and back and hit the signal from different angle and adjust my machine.Also if hunting with someone and you want them to check out the signal to see what there machine says it is you have the exact spot marked.Good for yard you can mark some junk signal and good signal and go in and bring other machine,s out to test how they are running.

if your machine has a depth indicator on it you could simply write the number in inches on the tee then return and dig later...... also golf tees would work good in a test garden for rembering different targets locations and depths....

i do the same thing but i use golf balls,becuase i find atleast one every time i go.When i get a good signal and somone aproaching i just mark the spot and return when hes in the distance! my taget retreival has to be less then 30 seconds or people will gather and look on or call the cops!
