Hi everyone, these are some of my finds this year. The best so far have been the German Military bullet catridges, dated 1896. These were found at local park in Melbourne, Australia. Have found pre-decimal coins but cannot locate them to post the images because I have misplaced them. The detector I am using is one of those cheap chinese ones, it only cost me $85 AUD, so I think the detector has been already been paid for. I cant complain of its performance because its finding the good stuff.

cheers.....Sido..HH :ausflag:

Hi everyone, thanks for the response. I have not been out for a while with this detector. To gef12 you seem to have some knowledge about this detector as you seem to know some mods to improve sensitivity on smaller gold which i assume is under 1gram in size. I have seen in other posts of yours mentioning changing the intergrated circuits and i think some transistors. I would highly appreciate if your willing to share these mods as i do want to use this detector in the goldfields of Victoria's Golden Triangle on small gold and overall increase sensitivity, Please HELP...
cheers George
