GOLDSCAN 5 INFO PLEASE

Hi guys, In a day or two I become the owner of a goldscan 5.
I have only used the likes of the Sov Elite and Explorer on wet sand down here in Cornwall UK, and was hoping that someone may be able to impart a little bit of advice regarding setup and methods with the Goldscan.

I know it's probably been through before, but i've spent a good few hours trawling through the posts trying to find some starter advice.

Darrin, this isn't a smart answer, but read the manual that oomes with it and then practice with targets. Good Luck. Don

How you liking that GS 5...? I hope it is serving you well....I will be moving back to Az in a few weeks now.....gonna wish i still had the GS 5 probably.
Just curious how it is working for you.

Scott, unfortunately, I have had a problem in that my wife had cancer and has passed away recently. I was in AZ, but am back in FL.

I am probably interested in selling the unit, it has not been out of the box, same price, if interested drop me a line. Don

Sorry to hear about your wife. I would be interested in getting the Goldscan back...trying to sell my GP Extreme now.
