I hunted two tide cycles and found 4 more . I found the first one with in the first hour and then nothing for about 8 hours . I hit a hot spot and found three with in 30 minutes .One is 18k and has some nice weight to it. I don't know if the stone is real or not. :usaf:
I also found out that when you hunt at night with a red light ,everything looks like gold.

 I swear by the red light, but yes have had the same problem!! Despite the fact that I am well aware of it after having the red headlamp for years there is something about finding a ring that means you instantly forget.........

Nice collection you are building up now...........:clapping:

Well done birdman!

Will you share with us info about your methods and/or equipment?

(Of course a road-map with annotated co-ordinates would be out of the question, right?)

I am using an excal 1000 and I am hunting in Korea. The beach tides come in and out about 200 yards between high and low tide so there is no wading needed. The beaches are packed in the summer months and Koreans love gold . I just started hunting here on the beaches since labor day and I fly back to the states in about a month so I will have to leave all this gold behind me...
I know a couple of guys that have been hunting over here for a long time and one of them told me about the beach hunting and sold me his used excal .
