Goldfields Programme help needed

Windsor59

New member
Hi all,
I am hoping to get some help with settings for the Goldfields Programme, I am in Western Australia and we have highly mineralised ground in our Goldfields and I have been having trouble with not picking up signals in mineralised areas. Obviously the settings are not correct, any advise would be appreciated. I am still learning the workings of the Xp Deus, still trying to understand what each setting does and why.
Thanks

I would suggest making sure your ground balance is exact, start by pumping the coil up and down with the pin point button pressed until the ground is grabbed.

Where did keeping the pin point button pressed while pumping come from??!
It's not in my manual I don't think.

In Goldfield Program10, the pin point button fast grabs the ground

Thanks

I guess if I was reading a3.0 version manual--- it wouldn't be in there... Duh

Again thanks, great forum

Many great folks too.

Remember to take your coil cover off and clean out the sand and dirt, the minerals in it could effect your ground balance.
